How fast can a unit be delivered?
Standard storage containers leave the yard within 72 hours of a confirmed order, and portable offices typically ship within five working days of build approval. Custom units are scheduled when the drawing is approved, and same-week windows are offered whenever a production slot is open. Delivery timing is confirmed in writing with your quote, so the date you see is the date we hold.
Do you rent units as well as sell them?
Yes. Offices, containers, and site buildings rent by the month with one rate and one delivery fee, and long-term leases can include maintenance visits and a buyout credit toward purchase. Rental units are the same builds we sell, serviced and cleaned before every dispatch. Tell us the project length and we will quote rental and purchase side by side in writing.
Can a unit be moved after it is placed?
Yes. Every unit is built to lift from four corners, so relocation mid-project is routine work for our crews rather than a special engineering problem. We handle the lift, the re-blocking, and the re-leveling, and we confirm access at the new position before the truck rolls. Relocation is quoted per move based on distance and site conditions.
