What We Build And Do

Fabrication, Delivery, And Support From One Yard

Six services, one fabrication standard. From a single storage container to a fully fitted custom office, ALL STEEL PORTABLES INC. handles the steel, the welds, the trucks, and the follow-up with its own crews, so responsibility never gets passed down a chain of subcontractors.

01

Portable Office Units

Our portable offices are built for the days that actually happen on a job site: cold mornings, muddy boots, plan reviews at the folding table, and payroll paperwork after dark. Each unit arrives with insulated wall packages, finished interior panels, LED lighting, and electrical circuits ready for a jobsite generator or a shore hookup. Window placement, desk runs, plan tables, and lockable storage are laid out before the first weld, so the interior works from the first morning instead of fighting you for a year.

We build office units from 12 to 53 feet long, and every one of them keeps the same floor plan discipline: a clear entry zone, a dry boot area, and enough wall surface for drawings and schedules. Climate packages match your region, from basic insulation to full four-season heating and cooling.

  • 12 ft to 53 ft lengths
  • Insulated wall packages
  • Electrical and LED lighting ready
  • Heating and cooling options
  • Furniture and plan-table packages

Storage Containers and Sheds

Tools, parts, and inventory do not forgive leaks, and neither does our steel. Our storage containers use heavy weathering-steel walls on channel skids, with double doors, lock-rod hasps, and padbolt-compatible fittings that accept the locks your crew already trusts. Marine-grade plywood floors are sealed against moisture, and roof seams are welded rather than caulked wherever the design allows, because caulk is a maintenance schedule and a weld is a fact.

For yards and farms we also build ground-level sheds and wide-door storage units with ramp-ready thresholds, so equipment rolls in instead of being lifted. Shelving brackets, pipe racks, and tool boards can be welded in during fabrication at a fraction of what retrofitting costs later.

  • Weathering steel walls
  • Double doors with lock rods
  • Sealed marine plywood floors
  • Welded shelving and racks
  • Ramp-ready thresholds

Construction Site Buildings

Site work runs on morale as much as schedules, and a wet crew in a cold break room is a slow crew. We build dedicated site buildings: break rooms with bench seating and wash stations, drying rooms with boot heaters and hanging rails, first-aid stations with bright interiors and wide doors, and combined units that split one footprint into office, break, and dry zones with interior walls and separate entries.

Every site building ships with forklift pockets and corner castings for crane picks, so it can follow the job as phases move. Electrical rough-ins are labeled before delivery, and skirting packages keep wind and debris from under the unit through the whole season.

  • Break rooms and drying rooms
  • First-aid and wash stations
  • Multi-zone split layouts
  • Crane-ready corner castings
  • Season skirting packages

Custom Fabrication and Modifications

Half of our work starts as a sketch on the back of a delivery ticket. Our fabrication team cuts new doors, adds windows and service hatches, extends frames, reinforces floors for safe cabinets or heavy equipment, and builds fully custom units from customer drawings. Electrical and plumbing rough-ins, generator compartments, exhaust penetrations, and paint matched to your fleet colors are all handled in the yard before the unit ever ships.

Send us a drawing, a photo, or a plain description of the problem. An estimator will translate it into a build sheet with real dimensions and a firm price, and a welder will sign off on the plan before cutting starts, so what arrives on your site is what you approved.

  • Cut doors and add windows
  • Frame extensions and reinforcements
  • Electrical and plumbing rough-ins
  • Generator compartments
  • Fleet-matched paint colors

Delivery and Placement

A steel building only earns its keep once it sits square on your site, so we treat delivery as part of fabrication rather than an afterthought. Our own trucks and forklift crews place units on blocking, check level in both directions, and anchor where wind exposure calls for it. Before delivery day we confirm access width, overhead clearances, ground condition, and turn-around room, and we tell you plainly what site preparation your end needs, gravel pad dimensions, and where the power should land.

Same-week delivery is available on standard configurations, and coordinated drop windows keep crews working instead of waiting at the gate. If a unit must move to a new position mid-project, our crews handle the lift, the re-block, and the re-level.

  • Own trucks and forklift crews
  • Blocking, leveling, and anchoring
  • Site access survey before delivery
  • Same-week windows on stock units
  • On-site relocation service

Rental and Lease Programs

Not every project justifies a purchase, and a good rental program should feel like one decision instead of a contract negotiation. We rent and lease offices, containers, and site buildings by the month with straightforward terms: one rate, one delivery fee, and swap-outs when your headcount or storage volume changes. Rental units carry the same welds as the ones we sell, arrive clean and serviced, and are supported by the same crew that delivered them.

Long-term leases can include maintenance visits, re-leveling after ground thaw, and a buyout credit toward purchase when a rental turns permanent. Tell us the project length and we will quote both paths side by side, in writing, so your accounting team sees the full picture.

  • Monthly terms, one rate
  • Swap-outs as needs change
  • Maintenance visits included on leases
  • Buyout credit toward purchase
  • Fleet support for multi-site projects

Process Overview

How An Order Moves Through Our Yard

Five stages, one point of contact. You will always know which stage your unit is in, because the estimator who quoted it is the person who answers the phone.

  1. Consultation

Tell us the footprint, the features, and the date. A short call or the contact form is enough to start a real quote.

  2. Firm Quote

You receive a written price with delivery included, valid for thirty days, with no small print attached.

  3. Fabrication

Frames are welded, walls are sheeted, and interiors are finished under one inspection checklist in our yard.

  4. Delivery And Set

Our trucks place the unit on blocking, level it, and anchor it where the site calls for it, usually in one visit.

  5. Support

The same crew answers questions, schedules service, and handles swaps or relocations for the life of the unit.
